PDforUs

What are the impacts of your professional learning investments? How do you help trainers with continuous improvement while keeping an eye on impacts on educator mindsets, skills, and practices? PDforUs is a dynamic, user-friendly and customized web-based platform for data collection that enables users to access data in real-time about professional learning activities. A dashboard offers executive management a summarized view of activities.

In Washington state, PDforUs has been used to collect, monitor, report and reflect on the implementation and effectiveness of professional development by nine ESAs across the state. This includes activities reaching more than 30,000 teachers and teacher leaders served through the Early Learning, English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science content areas.

Community engagement for learning

How do you hear from staff, students, families and community members in your region about their needs and the effectiveness of your services? Our team conducts focus groups, interviews and surveys, including equity audits, for a range of organizations. This includes family focus groups conducted in multiple languages, organizational assessment surveys in multiple languages, and program participant interviews.

Evaluation of grant-funded programs

Our team designs and implements formative and summative evaluations of programs of all sizes. We help organizations evaluate a range of public and private grant-funded programs from early learning programs to out of school time activities.
