The 2018-2019 school year will see brand new climate science learning opportunities in regions across the state, thanks to a $3 million Climate Science Education Grant awarded to the Association of Educational Service Districts (AESD). The nine ESDs will partner with community based organizations in their regions to facilitate professional learning and work together across Washington State to develop standards for climate science education.
